This Privacy Policy explains how the private application BN Kids Gaming Jarvis uses information made available through Google and YouTube APIs. The application is operated for the BN Kids Gaming YouTube channel by the channel owner.

BN Kids Gaming Jarvis is not a public sign-up service. It is intended for use by the BN Kids Gaming channel owner to automate management, publishing and analysis of the owner's own YouTube content.

1. Information accessed

Depending on the permissions granted by the channel owner, the application may access:

3. Google API Services

BN Kids Gaming Jarvis uses Google API Services. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.

Google user data obtained through the application is not sold. It is not used for personalised advertising, advertising profiles, credit decisions, or other unrelated purposes. It is not shared with third parties except where technically necessary to operate infrastructure on behalf of the channel owner or where required by law.

5. Storage and security

OAuth credentials and operational data are stored in access-controlled systems used by the channel owner. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to reduce unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.

6. Retention and deletion

Data is retained only for as long as needed for the channel's automation, analytics and operational records. The channel owner may revoke Google access at any time from the Google Account security settings. Credentials and associated stored data can also be deleted by contacting the address below.

7. Website data

This website is a static informational website. It does not provide user accounts, forms, behavioural advertising or payment processing. The hosting provider may process basic technical request data such as IP address and browser information for security and delivery of the website.
